Start by completeing the trip planning from which will detail the basics of your goals for your trip and then we jump into planning and prep for your get away.

3 months from your departure is the suggested minimum timeframe to begin working with me. You should already have firm dates of travel, and ideally have purchased flights. For long weekends and week long trips, 3-6 months out is appropriate. You may reach out up to 12 months ahead if you have firm travel dates. Note: If you need assistance sooner, please reach out. Not all rush orders can be accommodated, and a rush fee will apply.

After you fill out your travel questionnaire, and we have our initial complimentary consultation call, the planning fee is billed 50% at the start of the project and 50% once you’re 100% happy with your itinerary.
